This area has many golf courses. In recent years, Kitahiroshima City has developed as a bedroom community for Sapporo City. Our hotel is adjacent to a 54-hole golf course and offers natural hot springs, a restaurant featuring Hokkaido cuisine, and a fitness gym, making it a great destination. Nearby, you can find F Village, the home of the Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters, Kururu no Mori, which is popular for food experiences, and Hokkaido’s largest Mitsui Outlet Park and large shopping centers.
This area features a large, contiguous forest that remains near a major city, with 80% of the park being national forest and wildlife protection zone. The valuable forest bathing here is popular for its abundant negative ions. Additionally, the park is home to the Hokkaido Museum and the Historical Village of Hokkaido.
The Shin-Sapporo area, developed as Sapporo’s sub-center, is the city’s second shopping and gourmet zone. It is a hub where the Tozai Line subway’s starting station, the JR Chitose Line, and bus terminals converge, with hospitals, schools, and public facilities nearby. Notably, it is a popular location connected by shopping malls like Sunpiazza, Aeon, Kattepri, and BiVi.
On the west and south sides of Sapporo, there are many mountains and viewing platforms. Asahiyama Observation Deck, Okurayama Observation Deck, Moiwa Mountain Observation Deck, and Yoyogigaoka Observation Deck are lined up. It’s also recommended to take the subway and bus to explore the suburban areas. In winter, you can enjoy skiing at Bunkyo Ski Resort, Moiwa Mountain Ski Resort, Teine Mountain Ski Resort, and Futsu Ski Resort, all within a 30-minute distance from the city center. In summer, you can enjoy trekking.
