Famous as the flower that heralds early summer, the flower comes in white, pink, and purple. When this flower, also called “lilas,” blooms, it often cools down, which is called “lilac chill.
The Sapporo Lilac Festival is held in Sapporo Odori Park every year in late May.<\/p>\n

One of the representative flowers of early summer in Hokkaido, the fragrant little bell-like flowers are very popular.
